ready.dev provides a hybrid infrastructure platform that combines cloud convenience with hardware predictability. The Service includes managed virtual machines, deployment automation, and network connectivity features.

2.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ready.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
